Who is this for

What is fractional operational management

Fractional operational management offers you the opportunity to bring in an operations manager for a short period of time, rather than committing to a full-time member of your head office team. This approach is ideal for specific timelines and helps manage operational costs, which can be especially tight for start-up businesses.

Where are you based

On site work, especially operational projects or fractional management, is solely based in Brighton, London, and the surrounding areas in the southeast. Mentoring and coaching can be delivered either face-to-face in these areas or online, making it flexible and accessible, wherever I am, and whenever is suitable for both clients and coach.

Why a holistic approach

I believe people and hospitality are inseparable, great hospitality simply can’t exist without great people. The very meaning of holistic is rooted in the idea that all parts are interconnected, and I always take an approach that considers the whole person: mental and social factors, mind, body, spirit, and environment, everything that makes us human. If hospitality businesses don’t adopt a people-centric approach, they lose the essence that brings magic to hospitality. That’s why I believe there’s a duty of care to look after, nurture, and invest in people and teams as whole humans.

How much does it cost

Depending on your needs, whether for your company or yourself, timelines and frameworks can vary greatly. The best way to work out the cost is to get in touch and outline exactly what you’re looking for, as well as what your company requires, whether it’s operational support or coaching and mentoring.

Fractional operations are charged at a monthly freelancing rate.

The cost of operational projects depends on the size and complexity, and these can be structured to be paid upon completion and delivery of results. 

Mentorship and coaching costs are tailored to suit company budgets or personal circumstances, and are offered on a person-to-person or company-to-company ad hoc basis.
