A big part of my work focuses on supporting marginalised people in hospitality, those who are often overlooked, under mentored, or unsure how to take the next step. Whether delivered as part of a company wide development scheme or as personal 1‑to‑1 coaching, my aim is to nurture talent, prevent harmful workplace dynamics, and help future leaders grow into their full potential with pride and authenticity.

I offer tailored pricing because mentoring and coaching needs vary from company to company and person to person. All support is charged hourly, and I’m committed to keeping it accessible. I also provide a limited number of discounted hours for start‑ups and individuals who are funding their own development.
